While we follow strict procedures to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies or dietary sensitivities should exercise caution when ordering.


Food Preparation & Handling

All meals are prepared in compliance with standard hygiene and food-handling practices, in accordance with applicable regulations, including MAPAQ guidelines.
Once food leaves our premises, Pierina Plats Maison is not responsible for temperature control, storage conditions, transportation, or reheating methods.


Storage & Reheating Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Proper refrigeration or freezing of meals

  • Safe storage conditions

  • Correct reheating and consumption practices

Failure to follow proper food safety guidelines may increase the risk of foodborne illness.


Consumption & Liability

Pierina Plats Maison shall not be held responsible for any adverse reactions, illnesses, or injuries resulting from the consumption, storage, reheating, or handling of food after pickup or delivery.
