A catering salad should not be a lonely leaf bowl. Pierina packs entrée salads and grain bowls the way we do for the weekly menu: protein, crunch, a real dressing, enough for a desk lunch in Place Ville Marie or a garden table in Saint-Lambert.

We cook in Laval. Delivery covers Montreal, both shores and the North Shore when the address is inside roughly 50 km. Pickup on Bd Leman is always open as a backup.

How we compose them
