A soup tray is the quiet hero of a November office lunch and a January family Sunday. Pierina cooks soups the same week we cook the weekly menu: real stock, vegetables, legumes, the occasional chicken pot. We pack them so a team in Anjou or a house in Blainville can ladle, not wait for a hotel urn.
