Vegetable, White Bean and Barley Soup is the 900 ml garden pot of the week: squash, carrot, celery and onion with white beans, spinach, tomato paste, broth, barley and spices. A homemade bean-and-barley soup from Pierina Plats Maison in Laval, simmered Sunday, October 25, 2026 for the October 25–30 menu.

Meat-free soup delivery toward Parc-Extension, Côte-des-Neiges, Roxboro, Mascouche, Candiac and Chomedey, within about 50 km of the MAPAQ kitchen at 3954 Bd Leman. Barley and white beans make it a meal, not a thin broth.
