We cook the food we already know — generous mains, a vegetable tray, something sweet if you want it — then you reheat. No waitstaff. No hotel banquet. Book while November still exists. December cook days fill with weekly customers and catering on the same pass.

Sharing trays from our homemade repertoire — not a rented steam table. Tell us if the table is late-night Réveillon or a noon year-end lunch; the packing changes. Reheating notes travel with the order.
Where the van still goes in late December
Montreal island, Laval, both shores, West Island and the near North Shore when the pin is inside about 50 km. Ice and closed bridges do not invent extra cook days. Pickup is the backup we recommend on the 31st.
