Some events need more than a default corporate package. A vegetarian board in Mile End, a nut-aware table in Westmount, a half-Italian half-comfort mix for a blended family in Laval — that is custom menu work.
We start from what we already cook well: homestyle mains, bowls, soups, salads and simple desserts. Then we scale, swap proteins, and write the proposal in the language you use at work or at home.
Custom does not mean we invent a restaurant tasting menu overnight. It means we listen, we stay inside MAPAQ-safe production, and we tell you when a request is better as a weekly-menu add-on instead of a full catering build.
When to ask for custom
- Mixed dietary tables (vegetarian, no pork, milder spice)
- Branded team off-sites that still want homemade food
- Holiday menus that must include a specific family dish we already make
- Budgets that need a clear good / better / best in CAD
How the proposal works
You send date, postcode, headcount and constraints. We reply with a short menu, packing notes (trays vs individual), pickup or delivery, and a CAD total. If you are outside the 50 km radius we will say so and offer Laval pickup.
