Quebec’s calendar is crowded: Réveillon, Jour de l’An, Pâques, the June 24 Fête nationale, Canada Day, Thanksgiving, construction holiday, then December office parties. Pierina cooks the mains so hosts in Montreal and Laval can stay at the table.
Holiday catering here means the food we already know how to cook — generous homestyle trays, soups, salads and desserts — booked early enough for the Sunday/Wednesday kitchen rhythm or a dedicated catering date. It is not last-minute turkey from a grocery flyer.
Book as soon as the guest list firms up. December and late June fill first. We confirm whether your address in Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, the West Island or the North Shore sits inside about 50 km of 3954 Bd Leman.
Who books holiday trays
- Families who want Christmas or Thanksgiving without three days of prep
- Offices replacing the potluck with a real meal
- Friends hosting Fête nationale or Canada Day in a backyard
- Anyone whose oven is already booked for a pie
What a holiday order looks like
A main (or two), a vegetable or salad tray, a starch, and a dessert if you want it. We can stay close to our weekly Italian and comfort repertoire or sketch a custom holiday menu. Reheating instructions come with the order. Currency is CAD.
