Meal prep in Laval: the kitchen is on Boulevard Leman

Good food brings people together

“Meal prep Laval” is not a satellite dark kitchen. It is the address. Duvernay, a few minutes off Highway 25 / Highway 440, cash possible at pickup if you ask, bilingual counter. The meal-delivery-Laval page talks about the van. This page is the building.

Weekly list Friday. Cutoff Wednesday 11:59 pm. Year-round dishes skip the cutoff. Office line 514-431-6689 is Monday–Friday 10:00 am–3:00 pm — that is not the food window.

If you already drive Leman for work in Saint-Laurent or Terrebonne, pickup is often faster than a drop. If you live in Chomedey or Vimont, you are in the short loop.

How Laval pickup works

  • Order online in CAD (or ask about cash when you collect)
  • Choose pickup, not delivery, at checkout
  • Arrive Sunday 4:00–7:00 p.m. only, not the office hours
  • Keep cold. Reheat at home in Laval, Montreal or the next town

Who picks up here

  • Laval households in Duvernay, Chomedey, Laval-des-Rapides, Fabreville, Sainte-Dorothée
  • North Shore drivers already on Highway 25 or 640
  • Saint-Laurent and Ahuntsic customers who prefer the bridge to a condo lobby wait

Skip us if

  • A walk-in fridge at 9 pm on a Thursday
  • A second Laval storefront we do not have
