New-parent meal prep is a life-event search, not a diet. The food is the same homemade week as everyone else. The receiving story is not: naps, a buzzer you cannot reach with a car seat, a partner who is still at the hospital. Write the person who will actually open the door.
No subscription, which matters when a week disappears into appointments. Family in Laval, Longueuil, Brossard or Terrebonne can collect. Island deliveries still need that 3:00–7:00 pm body in the apartment.
We do not run a lactation clinic or a “postpartum protocol.” If you need to avoid an ingredient, say so — MAPAQ kitchen, we will be honest. Soft, simple plates show up on the list; we will not invent a medical menu.
CAD. Friday list, Wednesday 11:59 pm lock. Friends who want to gift a week should pay the cart and put the parents’ address, not a screenshot of a gift card we do not sell.
A week that survives a newborn
- Someone awake 3:00–7:00 pm Sunday and/or Wednesday, or pickup on Leman
- A fridge, not a counter full of cards
- Skip any week — there is nothing to cancel
- Read allergens before the first order, not after a 3 a.m. reheat
This fits
- Parents in Montreal or Laval who can still hit a Wednesday night once
- A grandparent offering labour in the form of a pickup
- A friend paying for a real week instead of another casserole surprise
Skip us if
- A same-day hospital drop
- A medical postpartum diet we are not qualified to write
Family meal prep is the standing household page. This URL is the new-parent noun so the search is not stuffed into a generic paragraph. Batch cooking if that is the word they still use.
How to reheat belongs next to the bassinet instructions you will ignore. Keep the bag cold first.
Order a week. Put the person who is actually home, not just “the baby.”
