What meal prep costs in Montreal and Laval

Good food brings people together

“How much is meal prep in Montreal?” is a fair question. The honest answer is: look at this week’s menu. Our plates are priced per dish, in Canadian dollars, on the product page. A recent week showed mains roughly $16–$19 and soups around $13.50. That is a snapshot, not a forever SKU list.

There is no subscription minimum hiding a second price. You add what you want. Delivery is a checkout choice inside the radius; pickup at 3954 Bd Leman has no van. Ask us about cash at pickup if that is how you pay.

Catering is a separate CAD quote by headcount. Do not use weekly dish prices to budget a 40-person December lunch.

What you are paying for

  • Cooked food from a Laval kitchen — not raw kit portions
  • A Wednesday 11:59 pm cutoff so we can shop and cook that list
  • A Sunday and Wednesday 3:00–7:00 pm window, not seven courier days
  • The CAD figure on the dish, not a currency surprise
