Pierina – Plats Maison Montréal cooks at 3954 Boulevard Leman, Laval, Quebec H7E 1A1. If you are standing on the sidewalk, you are in Duvernay, not in a downtown commissary and not in a cloud kitchen. Pickup happens here Sunday 4:00–7:00 p.m. only. Delivery vans leave from here toward Montreal and the towns inside about 50 km.
The About page is the family and the why. This page is the where and the how: small batches, a shared line, a weekly list that locks Wednesday at 11:59 pm Montreal time, a year-round list that does not. We are not a restaurant dining room. There is no walk-in à la carte lunch service on a Tuesday at noon.
Questions about an order go to info@pierinaplatsmaison.com or +1-514-431-6689 (Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–3:00 pm). That phone will not plate a bowl while you wait in the lot. The food windows stay Sunday and Wednesday.
Visitors who want the story of the cooks should read About. Visitors who want to stand in the doorway with a paid order should open the weekly menu, choose pickup, and come to Leman in the window printed on the confirmation.

What this kitchen does — and refuses
- Cooks homemade plates, bowls, soups and salads for households and for catering trays
- Packs for a fridge: you reheat. We do not run table service
- Holds pickup at this civic address; we do not hide a second unlisted kitchen
- Speaks English and French because the north-of-the-river buyer does
- Prices in CAD
Come in person when
- You already drive Leman, Highway 25 or the 440 and can hit the 3:00–7:00 pm window
- Your delivery pin is awkward (no buzzer, no receiver) and pickup is cleaner
- You are sending a family member with a paid order and a name
Skip us if
- A restaurant reservation or a tasting menu walk-in
- Touring the line without an order — this is a working kitchen, not a showroom
Allergen honesty belongs with dietary notes: shared equipment, MAPAQ rules, no theatre about a sterile plant. If a plate is the wrong plate, we say so before you pay when you write the constraint on the cart.
From this lot the regular towns are Montreal, Longueuil, Brossard, Boucherville, Terrebonne, Repentigny, Blainville, Saint-Eustache, the West Island, Châteauguay, Saint-Jérôme, Mascouche, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Sainte-Thérèse and Deux-Montagnes — each only if the pin stays near 50 km.
Order first, then drive. The kitchen does not sell a walk-up secret menu.
