Saint-Jérôme is about 44 km up Highway 15 from our Laval kitchen. That is still inside a 50 km circle for downtown, Bellefeuille and many Lafontaine addresses. It is not “nearby” the way Terrebonne is. Budget 40–60 minutes.

We will not invent a Saint-Jérôme dark kitchen. You preorder by Wednesday 11:59 PM, we cook Sunday or Wednesday in Laval, the van climbs the 15 in the 3:00–7:00 pm window. If you live toward Prévost or further north, pickup on Leman is the reliable option.

People who already commute the 15 to Laval treat pickup as the default. People who stay in town use delivery and accept a longer window.
