Healthy meal delivery in Montreal and Laval

“Healthy” here means cooked food with a readable ingredient list — bowls, soups and plates from a Laval kitchen — not a dietitian stamp we do not print.

Healthy meal delivery in Montreal and Laval

Good food brings people together

Montreal already has two long Pierina blog posts about healthy delivery. They say almost the same thing and they fight this URL. This page is the canon. Those posts should redirect here once you publish it.

A healthy week at Pierina is usually a mix: a grain or cabbage bowl, a broth-based soup, a vegetable-forward main when the Friday list has one, plus richer comfort plates if that is what you actually eat. We will not pretend every dish is 400 calories.

Same radius (~50 km), same Wednesday 11:59 pm weekly cutoff, same Sunday and Wednesday 3:00–7:00 pm window. MAPAQ kitchen: ask before you need a medical guarantee.

What you will actually see

  • Bowls with grains, cabbage, fish or chicken when the week includes them
  • Soups in roughly 900 ml — a real lunch, not a cup
  • Ingredient lists on each product, not a mystery sauce
  • Vegetarian options often, vegan-only never as a separate brand

Open the weekly menu and read this week’s bowls. Do not trust a stock photo of kale.

Questions

Local FAQ

Are meals dietitian-approved like Factor?

We do not sell a Factor-style macro program. We sell homemade food with listed ingredients. If you need clinical nutrition, ask your clinician — not our menu.

Do you deliver healthy meals to the Plateau?

Yes when the pin is in radius. The Plateau page covers the route. This page covers the offer.

Is the year-round menu “healthy” too?

It is the same kitchen. Some static bowls and soups stay up without the Wednesday cutoff. Read the dish, not the adjective.
