Construction holiday meal prep in Montreal

Quebec’s construction holiday empties sites and fills highways. We still cook Sunday and Wednesday in Laval — if you order by Wednesday 11:59 pm. Not a cottage banquet page.

Construction holiday meal prep in Montreal

Good food brings people together

The last two full weeks of July in Quebec are a real search: vacances de la construction, meal prep, “who is still cooking.” Pierina is. The kitchen at 3954 Bd Leman does not follow the decree. The van still runs inside about 50 km when the pin is in. A chalet past Saint-Jérôme is usually a no.

This is the weekly box, not Fête nationale catering and not a July office party. Skeleton crews in Saint-Laurent, families staying in Laval, South Shore houses that skipped the cottage — they order the Friday list. Skip the week you leave. There is no subscription to cancel.

Confirm the drop. July traffic on the 15 and the 20 does not invent a Thursday cook.

Questions

Local FAQ

Are you closed for construction holiday?

The kitchen follows Sunday/Wednesday, not the decree. Order by Wednesday 11:59 pm. Capacity can be tighter — order earlier in the week if you can.

Do you deliver to a Laurentian cottage?

Only if the pin is about 50 km from Bd Leman. Saint-Jérôme is the north edge. Past that, pickup.

Is this catering?

No. Weekly heat-and-eat. Group trays use the catering form.
