Windows: Pickup Sunday 4:00–7:00 p.m. only. Delivery Sunday and Wednesday 3:00–7:00 p.m., America/Montreal. Weekly lock: Wednesday 11:59 pm for the rotating menu. Year-round dishes ignore that lock. Pickup at 3954 Bd Leman, Laval, QC H7E 1A1 uses the same clocks. We do not run a Thursday-night rescue van.
Checkout is the last word on the pin. About 50 km from the kitchen is a driving radius, not a political region. We would rather refuse a cottage than publish a fake “we deliver everywhere.”
Office line +1-514-431-6689 (Mon–Fri 10:00 am–3:00 pm) answers questions. It does not reroute a Sunday bag. Email info@pierinaplatsmaison.com if the buzzer changed after you paid.
What we need to complete a drop
- Civic address, buzzer / door code, and a phone that rings in the window
- The occupied address — home or office — between 3:00 and 7:00 pm
- An H7 pickup instead, if nobody can receive
- CAD payment, EN or FR, no subscription

Construction holiday, back-to-school and office weeks change who is home, not the two cook days. If nobody can receive, pick up in Laval or skip the week.
