The quote page says what to send: date, headcount, postal code, trays versus boxes. This page is when to send it. A Thursday office lunch in Ville-Marie is not a Friday 4 p.m. email. Canadian Thanksgiving 2026 is Monday 12 October — write before that week fills, not the Sunday night before.
Office hours Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. are how you reach the kitchen. They are not the food window. Weekly pickup is Sunday 4:00–7:00 p.m. only. Catering pickup is the event date we write.
Halloween Saturday 31 October, a December Réveillon, a Tuesday board meeting in Saint-Laurent: each needs its own date on a CAD quote. There is no subscription that “covers catering.”
If you missed Wednesday night and want household plates, the permanent menu (from 1 October 2026) is the other retail door — still not a same-day courier.

Two clocks, one stove
- Weekly cart: order by Wednesday 11:59 p.m. America/Montreal
- Catering: send date + pin + count, then we confirm a window
- Holidays fill earlier — Thanksgiving, Réveillon, Halloween
- We will say no if the date is already cooked
Write earlier if
- A Monday holiday table (Thanksgiving 12 October 2026)
- A downtown dock that only receives 11:00–13:00
- A guest count above a family tray of four
Skip us if
- “Tomorrow noon, 40 people, surprise”
- Same-day Uber-style catering we do not run
How to choose a caterer and how much food per person are already on the blog. This page is only the clock.
Send the date first. Then headcount and postal code.
